Agreement

By downloading or using Nighty, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Nighty is open-source software distributed under the terms of its repository license. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the app on any Mac you own or control.

Use of the App

Nighty is provided for personal use to schedule sleep timers on macOS. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nighty is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from or in connection with the use of the app. This includes but is not limited to:

• Data loss resulting from unexpected sleep events
• Unsaved work lost when the Mac is put to sleep
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

System Modifications

Nighty may adjust your display brightness, system volume, and initiate system sleep at your request. You are responsible for ensuring that these actions do not interfere with important tasks or processes running on your Mac.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
