The Nighty app does not collect any data. Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking
• No crash reports
• No personal information
• No usage data
• No cookies or identifiers

Data Collection — Website

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set and no data is collected.

When accepted, Google Analytics may collect:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Button and link clicks
• Approximate location (country/city level, from IP address)
• Browser type and device information

This data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy. We use it solely to improve the website. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Network Access

Nighty does not connect to the internet. The app runs entirely on your device with no network communication.

System Permissions

Nighty may access the following system features on your Mac:

• Display brightness — to dim the screen when a sleep timer starts (optional, user-enabled)
• System volume — to lower the volume when a sleep timer starts (optional, user-enabled)
• Sleep command — to put your Mac to sleep when the timer expires

No data from these actions is recorded or transmitted.

Third Parties

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data.
